By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you unconditionally
agree to our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully.
Prices and Availability
All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZ $). We
have provided a link to a currency converter so that you can work
out the approximate cost of your order in your local currency. Prices
and availability are subject to change.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in our prices. New Zealand customers
only, the law requires us to charge GST tax of 12.5% on top of the
total value of your order.
Customs and Import Restrictions
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or
tariffs that may be imposed by their governments. It is also your
responsibility to check for any import restrictions that may apply
in your country.
We would however like to inform Western Australian customers that
due to recent AQIS Department approvals, Lifes® Propolis Health
Lozenges, Lifes® Active Manuka Honey Skin Care Cream, and Manuka
Honey Nuglets, can now be shipped to Western Australia. This means
all Autumn Valley Honey products can be shipped to all Australian
States and Territories, with the exception of Lifes® Active
Manuka Honey, which (as raw honey) is not permitted to be shipped
to Western Australia.
Payments
Payment must be by Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard credit card. Your
credit card company will convert the New Zealand dollar value and
the entry on your card’s statement will be in your currency.
Shipping
Once your credit card payment has been authorised, the products
you have ordered will be shipped. A confirmation email will be sent
to acknowledge the shipping of your order. This email will also
contain the New Zealand Post Courier Airmail “Track and Trace”
item number so that you can track your order. You should receive
your goods within 7 days of confirmation.
Security
Customer security is one of our highest concerns. Our site uses
a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your details
by encrypting all of your order’s information until it reaches
us. Warning, we are strongly opposed to any fraudulent credit card
practices, and will vigorously pursue legal action against those
who attempt such practices.
Jurisdiction
Purchases made from this website, and all the rights associated
with any purchases, are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The
courts of New Zealand shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction
to hear, and rule on, any disputes between you and Autumn Valley
Honey Limited.
Returns
In the unlikely event you receive any goods that are defective,
Autumn Valley Honey Limited will replace or refund those goods.
Please contact us first to arrange a return or a refund. Goods must
be returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase,
at the customer’s expense.
Privacy Policy
Autumn Valley Honey Limited respects the privacy of its customers,
and does not disclose any information about you to any other parties.
